I’m not sure exactly what was wrong, but the taste just felt off to me. The quality didn’t seem great either, at least from what I could tell. I probably wouldn’t get it again.

Some of the ingredients just tasted kind of old, like they’d been sitting around for a bit... not sure. For the price, I was expecting something fresher and better quality. Left me a little disappointed.

The site itself was fine to use, I guess. I just wasn’t too impressed with the selection—there wasn’t as much to choose from as I expected, and a couple of things I actually wanted were out of stock. I still picked up a few items, but not nearly as much as I planned

I had a annoying time trying to place my order on vgourmet.com. The site felt confusing, and checkout kept acting up, so I wasn’t even sure if my order had actually gone through. When I tried to get help, it took longer than it should have, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. it felt like a very preventable issue if the site and support process were a little smoother. Not a great shopping experience, and I’d probably think twice before ordering again.

The food was fine, nothing terrible, but the portions were absolutely too small for what they’re charging. I’m 100% sure I won’t be ordering from here again.

I kind of regret placing this order. The shipping took way longer than they said it would, and the tracking was pretty much useless most of the time. The delivery date changed twice, then it just randomly showed up late anyway. If I had needed it by a specific day, I would’ve been in trouble. Definitely not reliable, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I reached out to support and it took a few days before I heard back. My sister was actually helping me keep an eye on it too, and we both thought the wait was longer than expected. Once they replied it was fine, but the slow response was frustrating.

My order did arrive on time, which I appreciated, but the package was in rougher shape than I expected. The box was dented and taped up a little oddly, and when I opened it, a couple of items had shifted around. One jar had leaked a bit too, so some of the items ended up feeling sticky.
I know shipping can be unpredictable, but I do wish the food items had been packed more securely. Customer service did get back to me, though the response took a while and didn’t really resolve much. I’d consider ordering again if the packaging improves, but for now I’m a little hesitant...
